That was the title of a talk I gave to National Association of Forensic Economists (NAFE) at the 42nd annual meetings of the Eastern Economic Association on February 27, 2016. You can find the verbose version of my presentation here(click on first slide, then use arrow keys to advance slides)

The NAFE community offers valuable support for Forensic Economists in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, business losses, and a variety of other areas of litigation. However, there is little in the forensic literature dealing with the special issues of real estate.  I provided a brief overview some general real estate problems with a few examples for illustration.
